Brad Fitzpatrick	da8def8e13	all: remove old +build tags The //go:build syntax was introduced in Go 1.17: https://go.dev/doc/go1.17#build-lines gofmt has kept the +build and go:build lines in sync since then, but enough time has passed. Brad Fitzpatrick	040a0d5121	derp/derphttp: don't use x/net/proxy for SOCKS on iOS We don't want those extra dependencies on iOS, at least yet. Especially since there's no way to set the relevant environment variables so it's just bloat with no benefits. Perhaps we'll need to do SOCKS on iOS later, but probably differently if/when so.
