BeckyPauley faf7f2bc45 cmd/k8s-operator: remove deprecated TS_EXPERIMENTAL_KUBE_API_EVENTS (#18893) ... Remove the TS_EXPERIMENTAL_KUBE_API_EVENTS env var from the operator and its helm chart. This has already been marked as deprecated, and has been scheduled to be removed in release 1.96.
