Andrew Dunham	7dcf65a10a	net/dns: fix IsZero and Equal methods on OSConfig Discovered this while investigating the following issue; I think it's unrelated, but might as well fix it. Also, add a test helper for checking things that have an IsZero method using the reflect package. Will Norris	71029cea2d	all: update copyright and license headers This updates all source files to use a new standard header for copyright and license declaration. Notably, copyright no longer includes a date, and we now use the standard SPDX-License-Identifier header.
