David Anderson	02a2dcfc86	go.toolchain.rev: use new statically built toolchain ... Also removes the toolchain builds from flake.nix. For now the flake build uses upstream Go 1.20, a followup change will switch it back to our custom toolchain. James Tucker	7b1a91dfd3	tool/go: accept a marker file with no line terminator ... Somewhere my local configuration or program versions are producing marker files earlier in the process that lack a line terminator.
